Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the ShipKit SaaS template ("Product"). By purchasing or using ShipKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the Product source code to build and deploy your own SaaS applications
  • Modify the source code to suit your needs
  • Use the Product for commercial purposes (building and selling SaaS products to your customers)
  • Use the Product on unlimited projects

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the Product source code as a template, boilerplate, or starter kit
  • Create a competing product that is substantially similar to ShipKit and sell it as a template
  • Share your license or access credentials with others outside your organization
  • Claim ownership of the original, unmodified Product code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the source code

4. Updates & Support

Your purchase includes lifetime updates and priority support. You will always have access to the latest version of the Product with all new features and improvements.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. You will receive access to the Product immediately upon successful payment.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Product (source code access is granted immediately upon purchase), we do not offer refunds. Please review the Product features and documentation carefully before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its original source code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of ShipKit. Your license grants you the right to use and modify the code, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure the Product is functional and well-documented, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for your specific use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShipKit or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and destroy all copies of the source code in your possession.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
